Estimated shipping and delivery times
Estimated shipping and delivery times are estimates only based on past experience with various companies. These times are subject to availability of products. If a product you order is out of stock or on backorder, please contact us so that we may offer you help with an updated ship time. You are welcome to call Four Chairs at any time during your online order process to verify the availability of any product at 801-796-3400. Claims against damaged items must be made within one business day of delivery. Any claims made after this period will not be accepted. If for any reason your order does not arrive with the specifications that you selected when ordering, Four Chairs reserves the right to have the item or items replaced and reshipped at not additional charge to you. Please contact us immediately if this does happen. We take great care in packaging goods before shipping them, however damages still may occur in transit. Furniture items must be carefully inspected BEFORE you sign for the delivery. If the furniture happens to arrive with any defects DO NOT sign for the items. Contact us immediately while the trucking company is still there so we may help you handle the situation in the best way possible. If we are not available please either refuse the delivery or note the damages and status of the packaging materials on the bill of lading before signing for the delivery. Four Chairs will not be able to assist you with damaged goods if they are not properly documented and the above process is not followed!
All international customers are responsible for any taxes, border fees and terriff costs. We charge for the items and the shipping cost to the border.
Four Chairs will not accept online returns after 14 days of delivery date for any reason. Accessories and furniture are available to return for store credit within 14 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns on special order items. If an item is available for return, it must be returned in its original packaging in unused condition or it will be returned to the purchasing customer at your own expense. If an order is canceled, we will issue in store credit for price less shipping and handling fee.There are no returns on lighting, art, special order furniture or sale items.
Because every monitor displays color differently we cannot be responsible for products appearing differently than expected.
